At Tarasha Jewels, every piece of jewellery and every gram of gold is crafted and delivered with utmost care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, the following terms apply.

2. Returns & Exchanges – Jewellery Products

We offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges on most jewellery products, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, invoices, and certificates intact.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

Our team will inspect the returned product before approving a refund or exchange.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Any damage caused due to mishandling or improper use will void the return policy.

3. Digital Gold Purchases – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of live gold market pricing, once a digital gold transaction is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.

Digital gold purchases are final and non-refundable.
The gold you purchase is instantly allocated to you and stored securely in an accredited vault.
You retain full ownership and can redeem it anytime by converting it into physical gold (coins, bars, or jewellery), subject to delivery charges and making charges.

4. Cancellation Policy – Jewellery Orders

We allow cancellations for jewellery orders before the item is shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return as per our return policy after receiving the product.
For made-to-order or customized jewellery, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

5. Refund Timeline & Process

If your return, exchange, or cancellation is approved:

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Return Shipping Instructions

In most cases, we offer free return pick-up from your address.
Products must be securely packed with original packaging and documentation.
If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.
