3. Products & Services

Jewellery & Gold Products:

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Product images are for representation purposes only; actual product may vary slightly due to photography or display settings.

Digital Gold:

Digital gold purchased on Tarasha Jewels represents actual physical gold stored securely in certified vaults.
Customers own the gold they purchase and can request physical delivery as per our redemption policy.
Prices of digital gold are based on live market rates and may fluctuate at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price displayed, including applicable taxes and charges.
We accept online payments via secure gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Note: Prices of gold and jewellery may change due to market fluctuations. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product type.
All shipments are securely packaged and insured until they reach you.
Once delivered, ownership and risk pass to you. Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided during checkout.

6. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Jewellery: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Digital Gold: Digital gold purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once the transaction is completed.
Custom-made items: Made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

7. Digital Gold Terms

Prices are based on live market data and updated periodically.
Once digital gold is purchased, ownership is transferred immediately, and refunds are not possible.
You can choose to redeem your digital gold into physical gold (coins, bars, or jewellery) subject to additional making and delivery charges.
Tarasha Jewels does not guarantee future gold prices or investment returns.

8. Certification & Purity

All gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked as per Indian standards.
Diamonds are certified by recognized institutions like IGI, GIA, or SGL.
Certificates, where applicable, will be provided with the product or available digitally.
